The Black Hammer Project covers 310 km² in New South Wales and includes the Porters Retreat (EL9332) and Tuglow (EL9826) tenements, located 130 km west of Sydney near Oberon. Positioned within the world-class Ordovician Macquarie Arc, one of Australia’s most prolific copper–gold provinces, the Project remains largely underexplored, with no drilling since 1998. Recent work has identified a 3 × 3 km altered intrusive complex at Porters Retreat and several untested historic copper and gold prospects, highlighting extensive mineral potential. Located within 15 km of the Bushranger Project (Racecourse: 512 Mt @ 0.18% Cu; Ascot: 87 Mt @ 0.15% Cu)1 and near major porphyry systems such as Cadia–Ridgeway and Northparkes, Black Hammer represents a frontier exploration opportunity in a proven Tier-1 mineral belt.

Multiple High-Priority, Undrilled Targets with Immediate Discovery Potential

  • 9 anomalous areas identified along major structural conduits
  • High-priority:
    • Watson Prospect: 2.4km long Cu/Zn soil anomaly with quartz-pyrite-chalcopyrite veining. No gold assays. Never drilled
    • Porters Retreat Copper Mine: Historic adit and pits on quartz veins (12% Cu, 15g/t Au sample)2; associated with NE-trending porphyry intrusive. Never drilled
    • AC Prospect: 2m @ 1.6 g/t Au from 8m3 in air core drilling of a previously unrecognized quartz vein swarm. Never followed up

Underexplored License in the Macquarie Arc with Multiple High-Grade Targets

  • 136km² exploration license covering the easternmost exposures of the highly prospective Macquarie Arc
  • 10 metallic mineral occurrences recorded within the EL including the historic Tuglow Copper Mines, Hughes Copper Mine and Chatham Valley Gold Mines
  • Prospective for:
    • Porphyry and vein-hosted Cu-Pb-Zn (Tuglow Copper Mines)
    • Orogenic Au (Chatham Valley Au Mines)
    • Alluvial and deep lead Au, sapphires, zircon & diamonds (Retreat and Tuglow Rivers)
    • Underexplored – No drilling since 1998

Quartz-pyrite-chalcopyrite breccia in TDDH2, 39.6m
  • Tuglow Drilling (1974, Le Nickel): TDDH1 (152.5m): Dioritic dykes, chlorite alteration, quartz-sulphide breccias (3.2m @ 0.04% Cu, 0.07% Pb, 0.04% Zn).
  • TDDH2 (154.84m): Intense chlorite, quartz-pyrite-chalcopyrite-sphalerite veining/breccias (1.6m @ 0.58% Cu, 0.68% Zn; 0.9m @ 0.72% Pb).
  • Signs of porphyry systems (pre-Macquarie Arc recognition); hyperspectral logging pending (NSW Gov, post-IPO, public domain).
  • Alluvial/Deep Leads: 10km along Retreat River; angular gold nuggets (5mm), sapphires, diamonds; remobilized from Miocene streams.
  • Production undocumented but rich; no modern assays on much core.
